There is absolutely nothing we can do but push our shipping partners every single day. However, they have not kept these dates, and despite the goods being ready, they did not collect the goods on the scheduled dates. Our shippers have confirmed and scheduled dates to move goods from Portugal to our warehouse locations.
It was and is imperative for us to deliver our goods in the time we promise the delivery. We have designed new shoes and made sure the boots would be available with the timeline we have provided our customers. Unfortunately, we have not been able to avoid being affected by the current state of affairs. The original ship date was October 25th unfortunately, there is going to be a slight delay.Ĭurrently, every industry is dealing with shipping issues.
